2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners.

3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Windows

We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the specific fulfillment center handling your order:

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Transparency is our priority. Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

     

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 48–72 hours.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bajariya is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check your local customs office for potential charges.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will take full responsibility.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We cannot redirect orders once they have been processed. Bajariya is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
